Praise & Prayer Directives - December 2011

And the LORD said to me, “Son of man, mark well, see with your eyes and hear with your ears, all that I say to you concerning all the ordinances of the house of the LORD and all its laws. Mark well who may enter the house and all who go out from the sanctuary.

Ezekiel 44:5
  1. Agree with us for faith to arise within the Congregation so that an increase of love for the LORD and each other may triumph, yielding unity and commanding a blessing out-poured.
    • Pray for a continued release of the Holy Spirit's effectual ministry to flow among us as we stand in the gap for this ministry, our community, Jerusalem, Israel, and her neighbors.
    • Pray that we as a congregation would reveal the true face of Yeshua to Israel and the nations, being changed from glory to glory in process as our relational walk with the LORD deepens.
    • Pray for rich insight accompanied by spiritual growth to flourish within our weekly Discipleship teachings and growth groups studying Matthew chapter 6.
    • Pray also for those of our congregation taking the Restoring the Foundations class that they would receive all the inner healing keys contained in the weekly series.
    • Praise God for the upcoming Marriage Enrichment seminar to be provided for our community January 28, 29th 2012.
    • Praise God for the circle worship dancers that have increased their ministering in the Jerusalem Prayer Tower.
    • Pray for increased discernment for Wayne, Veikko, the full pastoral staff and KKCJ Team Leaders as decisions and opportunities for kingdom advancement are weighed.
    • As deep calls out to deep, pray that many among us will seek after the LORD in new ways this season and know the riches of His glory.
  2. A full or partial Congregational Fast for 40 days has been announced going through December 31, 2011 for the effectual removal of "dens of iniquity" opposite our congregational entrance gates and related iniquities throughout this land.
    • Together let us ask the Father to forgive, cleanse, and pour out bountiful mercies upon Jerusalem and His Land, praying Daniel 9:4-19.
    • Pray for awakened desire in Israel to know the Father and His immeasurable love for His sons and daughters, opening revelation into the hope of His glorious call upon our lives as He calls us by name.
    • Thank and praise God for preparing the way of the LORD in hearts here in Israel .
    • Praise God for His goodness in that he will continue to supply needed provision for King of Kings Ministries, even more than we could ask or imagine.
    • We rejoice in the healing and deliverance from afflictions God is releasing in Healing Pools. More LORD!
    • Pray for the continual building up of the Jerusalem Prayer Tower ministry staff and volunteers. Praises to God who has just sent a student from Croatia to serve with our volunteers for the next six months!
  3. Congregational Children's Ministry headed by Sarah Gandy and teaching staff.
    • Praise the Lord for an increasing number of children attending each week and relationships growing between the children.
    • Please pray for all the preparations leading up to our one day Hanukah event in Hebrew and English held at Shemen Sasson 10h--16h December 22nd. Three congregations will be represented and we are praying together for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit among the children in the midst of all the fun!
    • Continue to pray for a growth in the children's desires for a deeper relationship with the LORD. May they grow in understanding of how much He loves them and how exciting it is to know Him -- Amen!
  4. Yuval Messianic School of Music and the Arts, Jerusalem Prayer Tower, and Congregational Praise and Worship ministries.
    • Pray for our praise and worship leaders within the Team ministries that lead regularly in the congregation and in the Prayer Tower that they continually be filled with the Holy Spirit's inspiration for their vital ministry among us.
    • Thank you LORD for raising up more musicians and worship leaders, especially those being trained them in the Yuval Messianic School of Music and the Arts! We pray for continual wisdom and grace to be given from the LORD to aid in resolving all their logistical challenges as they grow.
    • Handel's Messiah oratorio will again declare the praises of God in the Pavilion presented by soloists, the Liturgi-Kal Choir, and the Israeli Chamber Orchestra, conducted by David Loden on December 24, and 25th, 8PM. Pray that many would be drawn to audience this powerful presentation of scriptural prophecy set to music in Hebrew!
From all of us here on the Team, we wish you a Spirit-filled Hanuka and merry Christmas.
