Scott Winter

Scott Winter, along with his wife and 11 year old daughter, have lived 11 years in Israel. His ministry in the congregation includes counseling, preaching, member care, teaching and leadership development. He also travels throughout the Middle East teaching, training leaders and giving oversight to works in several countries.
