Yuval School Celebrates First Mid-term Recital

The Pavilion was nearly packed as Yuval presented the first recital, marking the middle of the first term of studies. Students from ages five to sixty-two gave presentations to an enthusiastic and adoring crowd. It was an exciting time for the body of believers in Israel, to see the fruits of a united effort to train and develop the giftings of so many people (over one hundred study at the Yuval School!)

There were choirs, (children, classical, gospel), dance groups (ballet, hip hop) - vocal and instrumental presentations featuring various instruments and at differing levels. The dramatic presentation, the animation film project, the professional presentation of power point identifying the class and teacher for each performance - all showed a high level of excellence in the management of the school, the teachers, and the students as well.

The evening was not just a train of performances. In everything there was a strong message, implicit or explicit - this is for the glory of God! The music ranged from classical, jazz, pop, hip-hop, and gospel, and the joy on the faces of both performers and audience said it all. We are going forward, learning skills, making our offerings to God excellent, and preparing ourselves to build God's Kingdom using the means He has given us, to the best of our abilities.

And we've only just begun.
