SummaryEvery organization will eventually run into the challenge of 'how to deal with conflicts and bring resolution to conflict and restore relationships.’ The purpose of this course is to help equip and teach leaders, but also staff, on how to deal with conflicts, how to solve a conflict, how to establish a healthy relationship of respect and cooperation after a conflict, and how to turn a negative conflict into a positive gain for all parties.

Every organization will eventually run into the challenge of 'how to deal with conflicts and bring resolution to conflict and restore relationships.’ The purpose of this course is to help equip and teach leaders, but also staff, on how to deal with conflicts, how to solve a conflict, how to establish a healthy relationship of respect and cooperation after a conflict, and how to turn a negative conflict into a positive gain for all parties.

The class will be taught in English, and will have translation into Hebrew and Russian. The cost of the class is 200 NIS (or 100 NIS for the "Kings Community Live" platform option - see the box below for more details). You can request more information from iam@kkcj.org.

The Israel Academy of Ministry would like to be able to serve those interested in our training courses even if the situation does not allow them be with us in person. We have created a live stream option so that anyone who has registered can join us online. We offer this Live online course for 100 NIS per person.
